These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 365pkt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 365pkt website located at https://365pkt.cam, including its sportsbook, casino, promotions, account management and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Services. 365pkt reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its absolute discretion.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on 365pkt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 365pkt operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not as a business or professional entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of 365pkt, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless 365pkt has granted prior written consent.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or closed by 365pkt for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either through the 365pkt self-exclusion programme or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 365pkt support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

365pkt will never contact you to request your password by any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 365pkt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

365pkt reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or where it determines that accepting the registration would not be consistent with its regulatory or compliance obligations.

365pkt is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age and address of its users. KYC checks may be triggered at the time of registration, prior to the processing of a withdrawal, upon reaching specified cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time at 365pkt's discretion.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the preceding 90 days, showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, which may include a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or another recognised Pakistani bank, or equivalent evidence. Such references are for identification context only and do not imply endorsement of this Platform by any payment provider.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 365pkt will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold and may result in Account suspension. 365pkt reserves the right to withhold winnings pending completed verification where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

All Account balances on 365pkt are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit minimums, maximums and available payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

You warrant that:

• All funds deposited into your 365pkt Account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity;
• You are the sole and authorised owner of the payment method used to make the deposit;
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

365pkt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in your name may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

365pkt reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where it determines, in its sole discretion, that accepting the deposit would not be appropriate under its compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully satisfied);
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method;
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.

365pkt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is outstanding; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or breach of these Terms; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) there is a pending chargeback or dispute associated with the Account.

Any taxes, levies or charges imposed by financial institutions, payment processors or applicable authorities in connection with a withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the User.

365pkt offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in, together with these general bonus terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to registered users who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion;
• Bonuses and associated winnings are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on real-money stakes only; bets placed with bonus funds may or may not count toward wagering requirements depending on the specific promotion terms;
• Where a bonus has an expiry date, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• 365pkt reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus at any time, provided that bonuses already accepted by users will be honoured subject to these Terms;
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus harvesting, matched betting with bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All bonus amounts on 365pkt are displayed in PKR. Promotions are structured around the Pakistani sporting calendar where applicable, including PSL season, ICC tournament periods and major bilateral series involving Pakistan cricket.

The following rules apply to all bets placed through the 365pkt sportsbook and, where applicable, to casino game participation:

• A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a written confirmation (bet slip reference number) to the User. Until confirmation is received, the bet is not binding on 365pkt;
• 365pkt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the proposed stake exceeds applicable limits, where odds were published in error, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity;
• In the event of a palpable error in the publication of odds or market information, 365pkt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account;
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. Odds displayed during an in-play event are indicative only until a bet confirmation is issued;
• Bets on cricket markets — including PSL, ICC World Cups, Test series and bilateral ODI and T20I matches — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Abandoned or no-result matches are settled according to the specific rules of the market;
• Winnings will be credited to the User's Account Balance in PKR promptly following settlement of the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 365pkt reserves the right to suspend or close the Account of any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any bets placed in connection with such conduct and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 365pkt;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing associated winnings;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

Where 365pkt determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, in addition to Account closure, report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and share information with other operators and industry bodies for fraud prevention purposes.

365pkt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours up to several weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for a minimum period as specified in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and that you understand gambling involves financial risk. 365pkt is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income.

All content on the 365pkt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 365pkt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 365pkt;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in Platform content;
• Use the 365pkt name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an unauthorised association or endorsement.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, giving rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 365pkt's reasonable control;
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in odds, market data or results information;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365pkt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

365pkt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In certain circumstances, we may also notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. 365pkt accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as stated in the operator's licence documentation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 365pkt, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's licence, details of which will be provided upon request.
